The WSSTC is one of the oldest Scottish terrier clubs in the country, having been established in the 1940’s. It has a long and proud history of people who are involved in loving and caring about the breed.

if you are interested in the friendship and fellowship of other Scottie dog breeders, show members and Scottie dog lovers - then the WSSTC is interested in you as a member!

The WSSTC welcomes enthusiastic new members to share their love of the Scottish terrier and its well-being as a breed. Whether you show Scotties or are a pet Scottie owner, the WSSTC encourages you to join and actively participate in making this a great Scottie club.

The following steps will take you on the path to WSSTC membership:
  1. Fill out and submit a membership application form with your dues payment (payable to WSSTC), sign the WSSTC code of ethics and agree to abide by them.
  2. Have two sponsors (current members of  WSSTC) fill out sponsorship forms, stating how they know you.
  3. Attend two meetings or attend one meeting and one event (meeting and event dates are posted on the website).  Long distance members, please refer to the WSSTC By-laws posted on the website.
